Residential High-Density RH District

Sec. 12-10-10.- Purpose.

The Residential High-Density (RH) District is comprised of areas primarily used for multi-unit residential development at apartment densities. It is a district to provide a high range of housing types to meet diversities in the housing market.

Sec. 12-10-60. - Lot coverage.

Lot coverage requirements in the RH District are shown on Table 12-8 above. Lot coverage shall be measured to include the footprint of buildings. Only the first floor square footage in structures of two (2) or more stories shall be included when calculating lot coverage.
