§ 475-76 District purpose.

This district is intended to provide greater housing density in built up areas of the Borough and to permit construction of two unit structures to achieve economy of scale and cost.

§ 475-78 Conditional uses.

A. 
Nursery school.
B. 
Recreation facility (private).
C. 
Day-care center.
D. 
Public utility facility.
E. 
Emergency services.

Home occupation.

§ 475-79 Area and dimensional requirements.

A. 
Required lot area: 7,500 square feet.
B. 
Maximum building coverage: 30%
C. 
Minimum yard requirements:
(1) 
Front yard depth: 25 feet.
(2) 
Side yard depth (combined): 16 feet. (Minimum eight feet.)
(3) 
Rear yard depth: 25 feet.
D. 
Building height limit: 35 feet.
E. 
Minimum lot width: 50 feet.

§ 475-80 Off-street parking, loading areas and access drives.

Off street parking and loading space and motor vehicle access shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII, Off-Street Parking, and Article III, General Regulations, of this chapter.
