Definitions. The following terms as used in this chapter shall have the meanings given to them in this section:
DEBRISAny and all material upon the premises that is a residue of structural demolition or any other material that is not neatly stored, stacked, or piled in such a manner so as not to create a nuisance or become a harboring place or food supply for insects, rodents and other vermin.
GARBAGEAny and all animal or vegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking, and consumption of food.
INDOOR APPLIANCESAny and all devices or equipment used for interior domestic tasks, including but not limited to stoves, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, clothes washers, clothes dryers, and vacuums.
INDOOR FURNITUREAny and all furniture used or intended to be used for sitting, reclining or resting inside a structure, including but not limited to chairs, recliners, couches, mattresses and box springs, regardless of whether such contains attached filling material.
RUBBISHAny and all combustible and noncombustible waste materials, except garbage; the term shall include the residue from the burning of wood, coal, coke, and other combustible materials, paper, rags, cartons, boxes, wood, excelsior, rubber, leather, tree branches, yard trimmings, tin cans, metals, mineral matter, glass, crockery, and dust and other similar materials.
UNENCLOSED SPACEAny front, side or back porch, patio, deck or balcony that is not closed in to shield it year round from the elements.
