CHAPTER 8
A-1 AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT
10-8-1: PURPOSE:
The agricultural district is established to provide areas in which farming is the principal use of the land. (Ord., 12-23-1975)
10-8-2: DENSITY REQUIREMENTS:
Same as for the R-1 residential district. (Ord., 12-23-1975)
10-8-3: ACCESSORY USES:
Same as for the R-1 residential district; except, that signs incidental to the use of the occupied land may be erected. (Ord., 12-23-1975)
10-8-4: CONDITIONAL USES:
Light industry. (Ord., 12-23-1975)
10-8-5: SPECIAL REGULATIONS:
Junkyards, crematories, commercial feedlots, fireworks or explosives manufacture or storage, mobile homes and mobile home parks are specifically excluded. (Ord., 12-23-1975)
10-8-6: PERMITTED USES:
Municipal sewage treatment ponds and plants. (Ord., 12-23-1975)
