Site plan drawn to a recognized engineering scale.
Owner's and/or developer's name and address noted.
Designer's name and address noted.
Scale of drawing noted on plan and north arrow.
The type, size, and location of all structures with all building dimensions shown.
Indicate height of building(s).
Existing and proposed street names indicated.
Indicate existing and proposed public rights-of-way and widths.
Locate existing and general location of proposed sanitarysewers, septic systems, storm sewers, and water mains.
Locate any proposed storm water management facilities, including detention/retention areas.
The location and description of all proposed landscaping, berms, fencing and walls.
Note location of pedestrian sidewalks and walkways.
The zoning district of the parcel and all abutting parcels.
Existing and proposed lot lines, & dimensioned building setbacks.
For parcels of more than one acre: existing and proposed topography with a maximum contour interval of two feet on the site and beyond the site for a distance of 100 feet in all directions.
Dimensioned parking spaces and calculations, drives and types of surfacing.
Exterior light locations, type of light and height.
Location of trash receptacle pad and description of screening method.
Location of signs, including height and size; provide description of lighting method and materials.

The location of natural resource features to be preserved (i.e. – woodlands, meadows, lakes, etc.).
