SCHEDULE OF ON-SITE PARKING REQUIREMENTS

§ 18.1 SCHEDULE OF ON-SITE PARKING REQUIREMENTS.

Except as provided herein, no building or structure or part thereof shall be erected, altered, or converted for a use permitted in the District in which it is located unless there shall be provided on the lot or tract, or on an immediately contiguous lot or tract, vehicle parking space in conformance with the following schedule of off-street parking requirements.

Noncontiguous parking (Valet parking or a lot near the use) is allowed but shall be dedicated to the business or use for the life of the building or use.
Co-parking is allowed but the co-parking shall be deed restricted for the life of the business or use.
