On a corner lot in any agricultural or residential district, no fence, wall, hedge or other planting, sign or structure that will obstruct vision between a height of two and one- half feet (21/2') and ten feet (10') above the centerline grades of the intersecting street shall be erected, placed or maintained within the triangular area formed, the right of way lines at such corner and a straight line joining said right of way lines at points which are twenty five feet (25') distant from the intersection of the right of way lines, and measured along the right of way lines. A. Time Limitation: No accessory building or structure shall be erected more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the time of completion of the construction or establishment of the principal structure or use to which it is accessory.
B. Height; Location: Accessory buildings and structures shall be limited to fifteen feet (15') in height, and shall be in distance at least five feet (5') from any main building or property line.
C. Yard Occupancy: No accessory building or structure shall be erected in any yard other than rear year and it shall occupy less than thirty percent (30%) of the required rear yard, except for a private garage, which may occupy up to sixty percent (60%) of the required rear yard.
D. Private Garages: Private garages must meet minimum principal structure front and side yard requirements.

B. Exterior Display Restrictions; Hours: Any exterior display, exterior storage of materials, signs (except as otherwise permitted), house calls after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. or before seven o'clock (7:00) A.M., or other indication from the exterior that the dwelling unit or accessory building is being used in part for any use other than that of a dwelling or accessory building for purely residential purposes.
C. Employees: Employees other than those residing on the premises.

10-14-10: COMMUNICATION TOWERS:
All radio station, television, or other communication towers shall be subject to the following minimum regulations:
A. Compliance With City Codes: All towers shall comply with all applicable city codes.
B. Setback Requirements:
1. The setbacks for all towers shall comply with all applicable zoning title district regulations for the district in which the tower is located.
2. The zoning board of adjustment may impose additional setback requirements in conjunction with the approval of a special exception permit.
C. Location: Any tower in excess of one hundred twenty five feet (125') in height shall not be located closer than two hundred feet (200') from an existing, inhabited residential structure regardless of the district in which the structure is located. (Ord. 1994-92, 6-14-1994, eff. 6-14-1994)
10-14-11: EAVES OR STRUCTURAL OVERHANGS:
Eaves or structural overhangs may extend out to three feet (3') beyond the setback requirement, provided they are two feet (2') or more from the lot line. (Ord. 1995-95, 5-9-1995)
10-14-12: FENCE REGULATION:
When two (2) zoning districts adjoin, any fence constructed between the two (2) adjoining districts must comply with the most restrictive fence requirements of the two (2) districts. (Ord. 97-99, 4-22-1997)
A. Single-family dwellings must have minimum dimensions of not less than twenty two feet (22') in width on the front and one side. The dimensions will be measured along the foundation line of the dwelling.
B. There must be a continuous or complete permanent perimeter foundation of the main body, or the dwelling must have a slab style foundation with a minimum of forty two inch (42") frost footings.
C. The main structure must be permanently affixed to the foundation.
D. The dwelling unit must provide for a minimum of nine hundred (900) square feet of floor space.
