This Article applies to the "Z-1" Zero Lot Line District.

A.
In the "Z-1" District no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected or structurally altered except for one (1) or more of the following uses:
1.
Townhouses.
2.
Single family dwellings.
3.
Condominiums.
4.
Accessory buildings or uses.

Any residence located in the "Z-1" District shall provide adequate off-street parking for all inhabitants of the residence.
