This Article applies to the "R-2" Mobile Home District.

A.
In the "R-2" District no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected or structurally altered except for one (1) or more of the following uses:
1.
Any use permitted in the "R-1" District.
2.
Mobile homes used for dwelling purposes.
3.
Accessory buildings or uses.
