This Article applies to the "S-1" Special District.

A.
In the "S-1" District no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected or structurally altered except for one (1) or more of the following uses:
1.
Schools.
2.
Hospitals.
3.
Churches.
4.
Nursing Homes.
5.
Parks or playgrounds.
6.
Libraries.
7.
City or government offices or buildings.
8.
Public swimming pools.
9.
Accessory buildings and uses.
10.
Campgrounds.
