ARTICLE VIII

"I-1" Industrial District

This Article applies to the "I-1" Industrial District.

In the "I-1" District no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected or structurally altered except for one (1) or more of the following uses:

Any use permitted in the "C-1" District but not including uses permitted in the "R-1" District, "R-3" District, "S-1" District.

Industrial buildings.

Industrial uses.

Accessory buildings or uses.

Any commercial or industrial business located in the "I-1" Industrial District Zone shall provide adequate off-street parking for all employees of the business and shall further provide off-street parking for not less than ninety-five percent (95%) of its customers or invitees that may be on such property where the business is located at any given time.
