In the "C-2" District no building or land shall be used and no building shall be erected or structurally altered except for one (1) or more of the following uses:

Any property located within the "C-2" Limited Commercial District not in compliance with this Subsection (B) on the date of June 2, 2022, shall be exempt from the provisions of Subsection (B) as a non-conforming use until such time as the non-conforming use of the property shall have been discontinued for a period of sixty (60) days or more.
