72 PD-PS, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-PERFORMANCE STANDARDS ZONE
A written decision noting the section violated, evidence supporting the violation, and appeal information, shall be submitted in writing to the business owner within five working days after the close of the hearing. Within 10 working days from a written decision of the Planning Commission, a business owner may submit a written request to the Planning Department with legal and factual basis for an appeal before the City Council. Appeals to the City Council are subject to the provisions of Chapter 17.48. |
