An Ordinance of the City of Peachtree City, Georgia, Regulating the Location and Size of Buildings and Other Structures, the Percentage of Land That May Be Occupied by Structures, the Size of Yards and Other Spaces, the Density and Distribution of the Population, and the Use of Buildings, Structures and Land for Residence, Commerce, Industry, Agriculture, Recreation, Transportation, Public Activities, Conservation, and Other Purposes; Creating Districts for These Purposes and Establishing the District Boundaries; Defining Certain Terms Used Herein; Providing for the Method of Administration, Amendment, Enforcement, and Appeal; Providing Penalties for Violation; Repealing All Zoning Ordinances Heretofore Enacted by the City Council of Peachtree City; and for Other Purposes.
