Sec. 1101. - Zoning administration officer.

The zoning administrator shall administer and enforce this ordinance.

Sec. 1102. - Temporary uses.

The zoning administrator is authorized to issue a temporary certificate of occupancy for the following temporary uses, subject to the applicable conditions for each temporary use and provided that it is clearly determined such uses are of a temporary nature, will cause no traffic congestion, and will not adversely affect surrounding uses:

(1102.1) Mobile home for one-family residential use on an individual zoning lot in any industrial or agricultural district for a period not to exceed 24 months, subject to the approval of the mayor. (Ord. No. 274, 9-2-1982)

(1102.2) Real estate sales office in any district for a period not to exceed six months, provided no cooking or sleeping accommodations are maintained in the structure, subject to the approval of the mayor. (Ord. No. 274, 9-2-1982)

(1102.3) Contractor's office and equipment sheds in any district for a period not to exceed 12 months, provided that such office is placed on the property to which it is appurtenant.

(1102.4) All temporary certificates of occupancy shall bear a stamp stating "temporary use."

(1102.5) Tents shall be permitted in all zoning districts for a period not to exceed seven days. Any tent erected under this section which has an area of 250 square feet or more requires a temporary use permit to be issued by the zoning administrator. Any sign used in conjunction with a tent must be approved by the sign committee. (Ord. No. 263, 1-7-1982)

Sec. 1103. - Penalties.

Any person violating the within ordinance shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $200.00 for each offense; to imprisonment for a period of not more than 60 days for each offense, or at labor on the roads and streets or other public works of the city, for not more than 60 days for each offense; any one or more of these punishments when the facts so justify. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

Sec. 1104. - Remedies.

In case any building or structure is used or proposed to be used in violation of this ordinance, the zoning administrator may institute appropriate action to prevent such unlawful use or abate such violation.

Sec. 1105. - Reserved.
