Any person, firm or corporation, or other organization which violates any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined in accordance with the provisions of the City of Pelham Municipal Code Chapter 1, general provisions, section 1-8, general penalty; violations of code, ordinance, or state law; provided however, that in the event any such person, firm or corporation desires to waive a trial and enter a plea of guilty before the magistrate, the magistrate is hereby authorized to accept such plea and impose a fine as follows:

a.

First offense: $50.00;

b.

Second offense: $100.00;

c.

Third offense: Mandatory court appearance.

d.

Each day any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
