The Board of Aldermen does hereby find and determine that it is in the best interest of the City of Pleasant Valley, Missouri, to approve, authorize and adopt a fee of nine thousand dollars ($9,000.00) for a conditional use permit for the period of nine (9) months for the temporary use of a lot(s) for storage of vehicles and therefore the fee is hereby authorized, approved and adopted.
