ARTICLE X

- B-2 COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICTS

Sec. 34-307.- Scope.

The provisions of this article apply to the B-2 Community Business Districts.

Sec. 34-308. - Permitted principal uses.

The following are permitted principal uses:

(1)

Any use or structure permitted and as regulated in section 34-283, except as hereinafter modified.

(2)

Warehouses.

(3)

Any other use that is determined by the board of appeals to be of the same general character as the foregoing permitted uses, but not including any use which may become noxious or offensive in a B-2 district.

Sec. 34-309. - Permitted accessory uses.

The following are permitted accessory uses:

(1)

B-1 General Business District accessory uses.

(2)

Other accessory uses customarily incidental to a permitted principal use, including signs.

Sec. 34-310. - Height regulations.

No structure shall exceed five stories or 75 feet in height, except as provided in section 34-476.

Sec. 34-311. - Lot area, frontage and yard requirements.

The following minimum requirements shall be observed, subject to the additional requirements, exceptions and modifications in sections 34-477 through 34-479, inclusive.
