Buffers
§ 206-54 General requirements.
§ 206-55 Minimum landscaped buffer distances.
The following minimum buffer distances shall be maintained and provided, in addition to any yard requirements:

§ 206-56 Fences or walls.
Any required minimum landscaped buffer area, pursuant to § 206-55 above, may be reduced by the approving authority by up to 50% in depth, but maintaining a minimum buffer of at least 10 feet, if said buffer area incorporates a masonry wall or solid fence satisfying the following height requirements, as determined to be applicable by the approving authority:

§ 206-57 Public and semipublic uses in R-A and R-B Districts.
A minimum width of 10 feet of buffer planting shall be required along all side and rear lot lines on a lot occupied by any public school, private school, convent, seminary, hospital, sanatorium, nursing home, community center or clubhouse.
§ 206-58 Design and landscaping requirements.
A.
The buffer area shall be planted with evergreen trees and shrubbery, with evergreen trees having a minimum trunk diameter of one and one-half (1 1/2) inches, planted not farther apart than six feet between centers. Shrubbery shall be planted and spaced between the trees and at random places so as to produce a properly pleasing and well-landscaped area. The minimum height for evergreen trees shall be four feet at time of planting. Said planting shall be maintained by the property owner to continue the effect of such screening.
B.
A buffer area with fences or walls shall be provided in a manner described in Subsection A above, but the fence or wall shall be placed no closer than eight feet to the residential district line and landscaping shall be placed between the fence or wall and the residential district line.
C.
All planting around parking areas shall be of sufficient height and density to prevent automobile headlights from shining into adjacent properties or streets.
