This ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the "City of St. Clair Shores Zoning Ordinance."

Whenever in this chapter any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense, or whenever in this article the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful, the violation of any such provision shall be punished as specified in the municipal civil infraction ordinance, article II, chapter 1 of this Code. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense and may be punished accordingly as specified in the municipal civil infraction ordinance, article II, chapter 1.

Violations of this chapter may also be enforced, enjoined, or prohibited by application to the circuit court of the County of Macomb in equity.
