By interlocal agreement entered into by the City of St. Cloud and the Tohopekaliga Water Authority dated February 10, 2022, Water Authority assumed operations of the City of St. Cloud's water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility system and utility assets. Pursuant to the terms of the interlocal agreement, the City of St. Cloud's water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility systems and utility assets are subject to water authority's resolutions, regulations, standards and specifications. Therefore, with respect to the City of St. Clouds water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility systems and utility assets, the requirements and standards are as adopted by resolution of the water authority. In all other respects, the requirements and standards are as adopted by resolution of the city council.
