—The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to building demolition material sites lawfully operated in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 621, SLCRO 1964, as amended, nor to the extraction of sand and gravel from stream beds conducted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1006, SLCRO 1964, as amended.
