This article is adopted pursuant to the Planning and Zoning Law of the State of California (Title 7, Division 1, Chapter 4, commencing with Section 65800 of the Government Code) and is supplemental to the provisions thereof. All provisions of said chapter and future amendments thereto not incorporated in this article shall apply to all proceedings under this title.
