Nothing in this ordinance shall be construed as repealing any existing ordinances of the Town of Shady Shores regulating nuisances or permitting uses which are now prohibited by ordinance.

No provision or application of these Articles shall be construed as affecting in any manner the rights of individual property owners to privately enforce deed restrictions upon the use of any property zoned under the terms of this ordinance if such restrictions are of higher or more restrictive classification than the provisions contained herein.
