Any person, association of persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance or failing to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, or building or altering any building or structure in violation of any detailed statement or plan submitted and approved hereunder, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined any sum not more than Two Thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Each and every day any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

The owner or owners of any building, structure or premises, or part thereof, where anything in violation of this ordinance shall be placed or shall exist, and the architect, builder, contractor, agent, person, firm, or corporation employed in connection therewith, and who assisted in the commission of any such violation, shall each be guilty of a separate offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in subsection (a) of this Article.
