South Fulton City Zoning Code

ARTICLE 11

- FRONTAGE REPAVING REQUIREMENT

Sec. 1101.- Purpose and intent.

The purpose of this ordinance is to ensure that public infrastructure adjacent to new developments is maintained in a safe and functional condition. New developments often generate increased traffic and require utility connections that deteriorate the existing roadway. This code section seeks to mitigate such impacts by requiring developers to repave roadway frontage as part of their project obligations.
