ARTICLE I

- IN GENERAL

Sec. 26-1.- Prior approval required.

Before any development order may be issued, all permits indicating compliance with the applicable countywide ordinances shall be provided to the building code administrator.

Sec. 26-2. - Compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.

Prior to the issuance of any development order, the building code administrator shall have received applicable permits from federal, state or county agencies, including, but not limited to, the following agencies:

(1)

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

(2)

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

(3)

U.S. Coast Guard.

(4)

Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

(5)

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

(6)

Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND).

(7)

South Florida Water Management District.

Sec. 26-3. - Intergovernmental coordination.

In all instances when development activities occur at the boundaries of the town, the town administrator shall provide the appropriate documentation to the adjoining municipality for its review and comment prior to the issuance of any development order.
