Sec. 26-78.- Adoption of elements.

(a)

Pursuant to the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act, F.S. § 163.3161 et seq., the following provisions of the plan entitled Town of South Palm Beach Comprehensive Plan, revised July 21, 1989, as prepared by the town, Design Plan/Research, and Coastal Planning and Engineering, Inc., and as subsequently amended in 2008, are hereby adopted:
