MANUFACTURED HOMES AND TRAILERS
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Tourist camp or park means any plot of ground provided for the accommodation of campers or picnickers.
Travel trailer or mobile home means any vehicle used as sleeping or living quarters and normally propelled by its own power or other power-drawn vehicle.
Travel trailer park means any plot of ground on which accommodation is provided for the parking and use of a travel trailer or mobile home used as living or sleeping quarters.

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, construct, maintain, or operate a travel trailer park within the town.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park any travel trailer or mobile home on any of the streets, roads, or highways within the town for any period longer than is necessary to load or unload passengers.
