Title Six of this Part XII of the City's Code of Ordinances shall be known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Springboro, Ohio" and is referred to herein as the "Zoning Ordinance", "this Ordinance" or the "Zoning Code".

1260.02 INTERPRETATION; CONFLICT.
In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this Zoning Code shall be held to be minimum requirements, adopted for the promotion of the public health, morals, safety and general welfare. Whenever the requirements of this Zoning Code are at a variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rule, regulation or ordinance, the most restrictive, or that imposing the higher standard, shall govern.

1260.03 INCONSISTENCIES.
In the event any of the requirements or regulatory provisions of these regulations are found to be inconsistent with one another, the more restrictive or greater requirements shall be deemed in each case to be applicable.

1260.04 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
All uses and associated premises, buildings, structures, activities, roads, parking areas, utilities, construction, shall be in compliance with the City subdivision regulations, applicable building codes and health codes, floodplain management, and all other applicable regulations adopted by Council and administered by Springboro and State building departments and County and State health departments.

1260.05 VALIDITY AND SEPARABILITY.
Should any section, subsection or provision of this Zoning Code or any amendments thereto be declared by any court to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this Zoning Code as a whole or any amendments thereto, or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.

1260.06 REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this Zoning Code are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this Zoning Code full force and effect.

1260.07 EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Zoning Code shall become effective from and after the date of its approval and adoption, as provided by law.
