(a)

This zoning chapter and the various parts, sections, subsections, sentences, phrases, and clauses thereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any part, sentence, or paragraph, section or subsection, phrase or clause is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid, it is hereby provided that the remainder of this zoning chapter shall not affected thereby.

(b)

The city board of directors of the city hereby declares that all such remaining parts would have been passed irrespective of the validity or invalidity of any parts found to be invalid.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this zoning chapter, or inconsistent with provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to give this zoning chapter full force and effect upon its adoption by the city board of directors of the city.
