Multiple-family dwellings designed exclusively to accommodate senior citizens in which no dwelling unit may contain more than one bedroom. Such building(s) shall conform to laws and other requirements as may be deemed necessary by the appropriate governmental agency having jurisdiction over the senior citizen dwelling(s).
