5-2-1: DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED:

The city is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

Agricultural-Residential low density (1 acre or more)

5-2-2: ZONING MAP, BOUNDARIES:

The boundaries of the zones provided herein are established and shown on a certain map which is designated the official zoning map, which is on file by ordinances in the office of the city clerk, and said map and all subsequent annexations and all amendments as may be made are hereby declared to be a part of this title. All zones and boundaries thereon provided are hereby confirmed, and all notations, references and other information shown thereon are declared to be a part of this title. All subsequent changes in boundaries of zones shall be made according to law and by ordinance and when so made and designated on said map, then said changes shall be effective and by reference shall become a part of this title. 5-2-3: ZONING BOUNDARY CHANGES:

The following to be changed from residential to commercial:
   Lots 6 to 11 inclusive Block 123;
   West 150 feet, Block 138;
   Avenue E adjacent to Lots 9, 10, and 11, Block 123 and west 150 feet Block 138;
   Lots 1 and 8 inclusive Block 139;
   Lots 3 to 8 inclusive Block 140;
   Avenue E adjacent to Blocks 122 and 139;
   Avenue E adjacent to Lots 9 and 14 inclusive Block 121 and Lots 3 and 8 inclusive Block 140;
   North 60 feet of M and N.S.R.R. right of way adjacent to:
      West 150 feet, Block 138, Block 139 and Lots 3 to 8 inclusive Block 140; (Ord. 321, 1-8-1981)
