ARTICLE XV

ADOPTION AND EFFECTIVE DATE

Sec. 98-386.- Plan Commission recommendation.

The Plan Commission of the Village of West Milwaukee recommended the adoption of this ordinance at a meeting held on the 12th day of June, 1989.

Sec. 98-387. - Public hearing.

Pursuant to and in accordance with the Laws of the State of Wisconsin, the Village Board of Trustees held a public hearing on this ordinance on the 31st day of July, 1989.

Sec. 98-388. - Village Board approval.

The Village Board of Trustees concurred with the recommendations of the Village Plan Commission and adopted the zoning ordinance at a meeting held on the 21st day of August, 1989.

Sec. 98-389. - Effective date.

This ordinance shall take effect upon adoption by the Village Board of Trustees and the filing of proof of publication or posting in the office of the Village Administrator.

APPENDIX A

SAMPLE LOCATION SKETCH FORM TO ACCOMPANY AN APPLICATION FOR A BUILDING PERMIT

As set forth in Section 98-254(3) of the Village of West Milwaukee Zoning Ordinance, the applicant may provide in lieu of a survey, a location sketch drawn to scale showing the location; boundaries; dimensions; elevations where appropriate; uses and sizes of the following: subject site; existing and proposed structures; existing and proposed easements, streets, and other public ways; off-street parking, loading areas, and driveways; existing highway access restrictions; location and size of existing trees of 24" diameter at breast height or greater, indicating any such trees to be removed and the location and size of proposed replacement trees; existing and proposed drainage and flow pathways; and, existing and proposed street, side, and rear yards. In addition, the sketch shall show the location and use of any abutting lands and their structures within forty (40) feet of the subject site.

The undersigned hereby attests that the above site plan is an accurate representation of the property and all structures thereon.

APPENDIX B
