SECTION 415
350 Off-Street Parking And Loading Requirements - Transportation, Communication And Utilities.

Transportation and communication uses and utilities shall provide off-street parking and loading facilities as follows:

Highway Department garages; public utilities and sewage treatment plants; radio, TV and other communication facilities; and railroad switching yards | 2 spaces for every 3 employees on the maximum shift, plus 1 space for every vehicle customarily used in operation of the use or stored on the premises | None |
Terminal (air, bus, railroad, truck and watercraft) | 2 spaces for every 3 employees on the maximum shift, plus 1 space for every vehicle customarily used in operation of the use or stored on the premises, plus 1 space for every 200 square feet of lobby area | See Table A |
