This district is established for areas in the town where the principal use of the land is for medium sized single-family dwellings on medium sized lots. It is the intent of this district to prohibit business, commercial, or industrial use of the land, and to prohibit any other use which would substantially interfere with development or continuation of single-family dwellings in this district.

All buildings and structures in this use district shall be so constructed or located upon the lot as to have unobstructed frontage upon a public street or a private street of record.

§ 156.177 STORAGE RESTRICTIONS.
All personal property must be stored in the rear yard and may not be visible from surrounding property.
(A) Garage sales, yard sales, and sales of used or unwanted items. A resident or permitted institution in a residential district shall be allowed to hold no more than two sales of used or unwanted personal property on the premises for no more than three consecutive days, per each event, in a calendar year. Any garage sale, yard sale, or other sale or public marketing on the premises in excess of this limitation, or any sale of property which was purchased or acquired for resale, is prohibited.
(B) Signage for sales. Sign regulations are discussed in §§ 156.075 through 156.085 and 156.095 through 156.100 of this code.
