This district is established for those areas in the town where the principal use of the land is for residential development in excess of three dwelling units per building. All development in this district will be on central sewage and water systems. It is the intent of this district to prohibit business, commercial, or industrial use of the land, and to prohibit any other use which would substantially interfere with development or continuation of residential dwellings in this district.
Uses permitted by right, permitted by special exception, and uses excluded from this district are as listed in the table in Appendix A of this chapter.

§ 156.232 HOME OCCUPATIONS.
Home occupations are permitted in this district under the requirements of § 156.112 of this code.

(A) Area and bulk requirements are required as set forth in the table in Appendix B of this chapter.
(B) The minimum floor area per dwelling unit is as follows:
(1) One bedroom unit: 1,050 sq. ft.;
(2) Two bedroom unit: 1,250 sq. ft.;
(3) Three bedroom unit: 1,550 sq. ft.; and
(4) Add 100 additional square feet for each bedroom in excess of three bedrooms in a multiple family dwelling unit.
(C) Development in this district will be on central sewage and water systems.
Off-street parking shall be provided as set forth in §§ 156.055 through 156.065 of this code.

§ 156.235 PRIVATE GARAGES AND OTHER ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.

All buildings and structures in this use district shall be so constructed or located upon the lot as to have unobstructed frontage upon a public street or a private street of record.

§ 156.237 STORAGE RESTRICTIONS.
Storage of personal property is not allowed in this district.
(A) Garage sales, yard sales, and sales of used or unwanted items. A resident or permitted institution in a residential district shall be allowed to hold no more than two sales of used or unwanted personal property on the premises for no more than three consecutive days, per each event, in a calendar year. Any garage sale, yard sale, or other sale or public marketing on the premises in excess of this limitation, or any sale of property which was purchased or acquired for resale, is prohibited.
(B) Signage for sales. Sign regulations are discussed in §§ 156.075 through 156.085 and 156.095 through 156.100 of this code.
