C-2, OFFICE

COMMERCIAL DISTRICT

§ 156.290 INTENT.

   This district is established for those areas in the town where the principal use of the land is for offices and business having a lesser impact on traffic, lighting, parking, and noise than the general commercial district, C-3. The C-2 district may be used as a transition from more intensive commercial uses to residential uses.

§ 156.291 PERMITTED USES.

   Uses permitted by right, permitted by special exception, and uses excluded from this district are as listed in the table in Appendix A of this chapter.

§ 156.292 AREA AND BULK REQUIREMENTS.

   Area and bulk requirements are required as set forth in the table in Appendix B of this chapter.

§ 156.293 OFF-STREET PARKING.

   Off-street parking shall be provided as set forth in §§ 156.055 through 156.065 of this code.

§ 156.294 PRIVATE GARAGES AND OTHER ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.

   No private garages or other accessory buildings are allowed.

§ 156.295 FRONTAGE.

   All buildings and structures in this use district shall be so constructed or located upon the lot as to have unobstructed frontage upon a public street or a private street of record.
