I-2 INDUSTRIAL

DISTRICT

§ 154.130 STANDARDS.

   All buildings and uses hereafter established or enlarged in the I-2 Industrial District shall conform to the standards set out in § 154.120, except that outdoor storage is less than 50 feet from any lot line that is adjacent to a nonindustrial use and is enclosed with a cyclone fence or other similar type of enclosure.

§ 154.131 PERMITTED USES.

   The following uses shall be permitted in an I-2 Industrial District:
   (A)   Any use permitted in the I-1 Limited Industrial District.
   (B)   Power or central heating plants.

§ 154.133 LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   Minimum lot area shall be 3 acres.
   (B)   There is no minimum lot width.

§ 154.134 BUILDING BULK REGULATIONS.

   (A)   Maximum building height shall be 35 feet, provided, however, that any building may exceed 35 feet in height if an additional 50 feet of front yard is provided for each additional 11 feet, or portion thereof, by which the building exceeds 35 feet.
   (B)   Maximum lot coverage shall be 50%.
   (C)   Yard requirements shall be as follows:
      (1)   A front yard of not less than 60 feet.
      (2)   A side yard and a rear yard on each side of the lot equal to the height of the highest point of the roof of the highest principal building or structure.
