CHAPTER 1131
Title; Minimum Standards; Severability
1131.01 TITLE.
This Title Three of Part Eleven - Planning and Zoning Code shall be known and may be cited and referred to as the Village of Ada, Ohio, Zoning Ordinance.

1131.02 MINIMUM STANDARDS.
In their interpretation and application, the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance shall be held to be minimum requirements. Wherever, this Zoning Ordinance imposes a greater restriction than is imposed or required by other provisions of law or by other rules or regulations or resolutions the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance shall govern.

1131.03 SEVERABILITY AND REPEAL.
(a) Severability. This Zoning Ordinance and the various parts, articles and paragraphs thereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this ordinance is as judged unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected thereby.
(b) Repeal. All other ordinance of the Village inconsistent herewith and to the extent of such inconsistency and no further are hereby repealed.
