- FEES AND CHARGES

15-1.- SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES.

The Town Council hereby establishes a schedule of fees, charges and expenses for zoning permits, certificates of occupancy, appeals, amendments, and other matters pertaining to these regulations. This schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the Zoning Administrator and may be altered or amended only by the Town Council.

Zoning Permit $5.00
Sign Permit
$1,000[.00] or less No fee unless inspection is required, then a $10.00 fee for each inspection with be charged
$1,001[.00] - 3,000[.00] $25.00 minimum
$3,001[.00] - 50,000[.00] $25.00 for the first $3,000.00 plus $3.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof
$50,001[.00] -100,000[.00] $166.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus $2.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof
$100,001[.00] - 500,000[.00] $266.00 for the first $100,000.00 plus $1.00 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof
$500,001[.00] and above $666.00 for the first $500,000.00 plus .75 for each additional thousand or fraction thereof

Variance $50.00
Appeal $50.00

15-2. - NO ACTION UNTIL FEES PAID.

No permit, certificate, or variance shall be issued or granted unless and until such costs, charges, fees or expenses have been paid in full, nor shall any action be taken on proposed amendments or on proceedings before the Board of Appeal unless and until applicable charges and fees have been paid in full.
