These regulations shall apply to all land and improvements thereon within the Town limits of Batesburg-Leesville, areas annexed thereto, and such adjacent unincorporated areas of Lexington County, Saluda County and Aiken County as the Town may control for planning and zoning responsibilities under right of extra-territorial jurisdiction as agreed upon by the Town Council and the Counties' governing authorities.

The boundaries of the zoning area are delineated by the official Zoning Map. Rules for determining boundaries are stated in Section 4-3.
