A.

The violation of or failure to comply with any provision of the Land Development code of the City of Belleair Bluffs shall constitute an offense against the City of Belleair Bluffs. The offender is subject, upon conviction, to a fine not to exceed $500.00. Alternatively, fines may be assessed based on the Pinellas County Uniform Fine Schedule in the discretion of the Court.

B.

Each and every act, action or thing done in violation of the provisions of this code of regulations shall be construed, deemed and taken as a separate and distinct violation of such provision, and each day such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate and distinct violation punishable as a separate and distinct offense.

C.

The provisions of this penalty article shall be in addition to any remedies defined in the abatement of nuisances provisions above.
