In accordance with Section 1.02.H of the Land Use & Development Code, the Director has determined that the policies, guidance and standards in the following documents are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan and the purpose, intent and design objectives of the Land Use & Development Code. They may be used to help interpret and apply the standards of the code or be used to guide any discretion in approval included in the code. Nothing in these documents may be interpreted to modify or conflict with any specific standard. All documents listed below are on file with the Community Development Department.
