When a nonresidential use is established which abuts a residential zoning district or a residential use, a landscaped buffer shall be established on the site of the nonresidential use immediately adjacent to and parallel to the residential use. Walls shall be at least four feet in height and fences shall be at least four feet in height.
Any part or portion of the site which is not used for buildings, other structures, loading or parking spaces and aisles, sidewalks, and designated storage areas shall be planted with an all-seasons ground cover.
