The village board shall establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses for zoning certificates, occupancy certificates, appeals, application for amendments or special use, and other matters pertaining to this title.

The schedule of fees shall as provided in Chapter 20.02, "Fees," Section 20.02.010, "License and permit fees" of this Code and shall be posted in the office of the village clerk and may be altered or amended only by the village board.
