14 FEES
17.14.010 Purpose of fees.
It is the intent of this title to require petitioners to pay a portion of the public services that are necessary for processing their request. While the city is not expecting one hundred percent recovery of all costs, it does feel that all required publication and mailing costs, plus a portion of administrative costs, should be borne by the petitioner.

17.14.020 Application fees.
A. Fees for applications and matters pertinent to the administration of this title will be set forth in the city's consolidated fee schedule pursuant to Section 1.04.170, as amended from time to time.
B. Filing fees may be waived by the director for any application filed by any agency or department of the city or of any government organized under the laws of the state of Arizona or of the United States. The exception shall not apply to non-governmental leases of government land.
