XXIX HIGHWAY CORRIDOR DISTRICTS


Editor's note(s)—Ord. No. 377, § 150, adopted May 24, 2004, repealed §§ 20-1450—20-1461, and 10-1463, and 1464, which pertained to HC-1 and HC-2 districts and derived from Ord. No. 212, § 8, adopted July 11, 1994.

Sec 20-1462 Building And Parking Orientation

  1. On building lots within the HC-2 district that abut Highway 5 directly, the minimum building setback from the highway right-of-way shall be 70 feet. The maximum building setback from the highway right-of-way for all buildings except single-family residences shall be 150 feet. No maximum building setback shall apply to single-family residences.
  2. On building lots within the HC-2 district that abut either of the access boulevards parallel to Highway 5, the minimum building setback from the boulevard right-of-way shall be 50 feet. The maximum building setback from the boulevard right-of-way shall be 100 feet.
