In addition to the fees set forth in section S20.1 of this schedule, all petitioners must comply with the cost recovery provisions of chapter 11 of this code and post a deposit equal to two hundred percent (200%) of the applicable fees at the time of application.

The minimum fee for a nontemporary sign permit, exclusive of any permit costs for electrical components, shall be seventy dollars ($70.00) or three dollars fifty cents ($3.50) per square foot, whichever is greater. The fee for a temporary sign permit, as required under subsection 20.4.9K(1) of this code shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00).

The required fee shall be twenty five dollars ($25.00) for plan review and inspection by the village. The village shall issue the permit upon satisfaction of the safety and location of the dish and compliance with this chapter and all other applicable village codes.
