This Code constitutes a republication of the general and permanent ordinances of the City of Corvallis, Oregon.

Source materials used in the preparation of the republication were the City of Corvallis, Oregon Land Development Code, as updated through February 8, 2023, and subsequent ordinances. The source of each new section is included in the history note appearing in parentheses at the end thereof. The absence of such a note indicates that the section is part of the Land Development Code. By use of the comparative tables appearing in the back of this republication, the reader can locate any section of the Code, as updated.

The Corvallis Land Development Code (LDC) consists of four Articles:

ARTICLE III - DEVELOPMENT ZONES

ARTICLE IV - DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS

A Table of Contents, listing the Chapters, and a Text Amendments Index, describing amendments to this LDC, follows this Preface.
